We are contracted with most major medical insurance plans, and are contracted with Vision Service Plan for your routine eye visits and materials. Co-pays are due at the time of service. For non-covered services, payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, American Express, Visa, Discover, Master Card and personal check.
